Please go through the Term and Conditions linked with the Jumboroms.com before making any bookings with us. All customers are requested to agree and abide by the rules and conditions of Jumborooms.com. For any clarifications, feel free to get in touch with us.

Jumborooms.com acts only as an agent between customers and accommodation service providers such as hotels/ guest houses/ cottages/ home stays/ houseboat operators, camp site etc...& all receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us are issued subject to terms & conditions under which these services are provided by them.

Please note that after the finalization of the service cost, if there are any hikes in accommodation costs, taxes, fuel cost or any other cost by the Govt. of India, the same would be charged as extra.

If we are not able to provide the agreed accommodation due to natural calamities/ social issues/ sudden emergencies, etc.…we reserve the right to change to close alternative accommodation in the interest of the trip participants' safety, comfort & general wellbeing.

Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with our Suppliers (Accommodation providers). Our suppliers retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such changes the rates quoted before the modification, can be changed by us according to the modifications by suppliers.

All hotel / guest house/ cottage/ houseboat/ home stay/ camp site bookings are based on usual check in and check out time indicated in the itinerary.

We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programor expenses incurred - directly or indirectly - due to natural hazards, vehicle cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.

We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation or other services, resulting - directly or indirectly - from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.

We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements. All baggage & personal property/s at all times are at the client's risk.

For unused accommodation, other added programs and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.

Carrying prohibited items such as banned drugs are not allowed under any circumstance.

Law &Jurisdiction:All disputes of whatsoever nature relating to any service offered by Jumborooms.com will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of Court of Ernakulum only.

Policy Regarding Reservation/ Cancellation / Postponement/ Early Check in / Late Check Out/ No Show

Reservation Policy:

For bookings on normal days, we collect 50% of total amount as advance. Remaining can be paid at hotel/ guest house before check in.

For long holiday weekends and peak days we collect 100% advance at the time of booking to ensure smooth check in.

If any customer wishes to check in after 6 pm, CONFIRMED Booking is given only with 100% Advance payment.

Since we charge on per person basis, all members above 5 years are considered for full billing.

Cancellation Policy:

For cancellation made before 30 days of check-in date: 10% retention on the total amount.

For cancellation made between 30-16 days before the check-in date: 25% retention on the total amount.

For cancellation made between 15-11 days before the check-in date: 50% retention on the total amount

For cancellation made between 10 - check-in date: 100% retention on the total amount

100% retention will be charged for the cancellations for reservations between 15th December to 10th January and applicable public holidays

Postponement Policy:

The bookings can be postponed to any date within 90 days by informing well in advance (at least before 30 days) and the fare will be adjusted accordingly.

We reserve the right to adjust or modify the fare due to postponement

For cancellation made between 30- check-in date: 100% retention on the total amount

Check in & Check out Time

99% of the accommodation providers follow check in and check out time as given below:

Check in time: 12Noon. Check out time: 11.00AM.

For actuals- you may check the information provided in website booking page.

Houseboat Check in time: 12Noon. Houseboat Check out time: 9.00AM.

If the customer who have paid only 50% advance amount has to be checked in before 6 pm of the check in date. Else booking will be released without any prior information and NO REFUND applies.

If any customer wishes to check in after 6 pm, CONFIRMED Booking is given only with 100% Advance payment.

Early Check In & Late Check Out

An Early Check In of 10 am and a maximum Late Check Out of 2 pm can be provided at NO Extra cost – which is subject to availability and this decision is taken by accommodation provider. Jumborooms.com does not have any role in giving or refraining the Early Check In / Check Out.

If available, an Early Check In of 8 am can be arranged / booked prior with an extra cost of 50% of the total tour amount.

If available, an Early Check Out of 5pm can be arranged / booked prior with an extra cost of 50% of the total tour amount.

An Early Check In before 8 am or Early Check Out after 5 pm will levy 100% cost which is same 01night accommodation cost.

No Early Check in or Late Check Out is allowed in Houseboats..

NO SHOW

In the case of NO SHOW- No REFUND Entertained at any cost.
